We are looking for a **Business Intelligence Analyst** oriented toward commercial and marketing information analysis, capable of transforming data into strategic insights for decision-making and the development of high-impact marketing campaigns. Requirements * Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. * 2–4 years of experience in Marketing, Trade Marketing, or Commercial Marketing, preferably within fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG), food, or retail companies. * Intermediate-to-advanced proficiency in Excel (mandatory). * Strong analytical ability, organizational skills, results orientation, and commercial acumen. * Ability to monitor KPIs and generate improvement proposals. Key Responsibilities * Analyze sales results, marketing investments, and campaign performance by distribution channel. * Prepare periodic reports containing management KPIs, analyses, findings, and recommendations. * Design, develop, and implement marketing campaigns based on information analysis. * Analyze the product portfolio at the SKU level, identifying top- and low-performing items. * Supervise the operational execution of the Marketing Assistant and track adherence to their responsibilities. * Collect and analyze market intelligence, competitor data, pricing, visibility, and consumer behavior. Additional Responsibilities * Support planning, supervision, and execution of activations, product launches, and special campaigns. * Coordinate required operational capacity to ensure proper campaign execution.
