Participation in creative meetings and proposal of ideas GRAPHIC DESIGN ASSISTANT **Work Location:** Surco – Near Puente Benavides **Work Modality:** Hybrid – 4 days remote and 2 days on-site **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. \| Saturdays, 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. ABOUT THE COMPANY **MSF CREATIVE**, an integrated marketing agency, is looking for a **Graphic Design Assistant** to join our team. REQUIREMENTS * Bachelor’s degree and/or technical or university degree in **Graphic Design, Marketing, Communication Sciences**, or related fields. * Minimum of **1 year of experience in similar positions**. * Experience in **graphic design and audiovisual production**. * Intermediate-to-advanced proficiency in: * Adobe After Effects * Adobe Illustrator * Adobe InDesign * Adobe Photoshop * Adobe Premiere Pro * Canva * OBS * Knowledge of **digital marketing and social media trends**. * Familiarity with **WordPress** for uploading and editing graphic content. * Basic knowledge of **Google Ads**. * Availability to work in a hybrid modality in Surco. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES * Design graphic assets for digital publications, campaigns, printed materials, branding, and institutional presentations. * Create, adapt, and retouch visual content for **social media, websites, WhatsApp Business, and advertising platforms**. * Design assets for **Google Ads and programmatic media**. * Edit photographs and videos for various formats and platforms. * Document internal and external events through photography and videography. * Coordinate the visual identity for webinars, fairs, events, and activations. * Provide visual support for campaigns, product launches, promotions, and customer loyalty initiatives. * Develop and update digital profiles and commercial catalogs. * Prepare monthly reports on the visual performance of assigned social media accounts. * Participate in creative meetings and propose graphic ideas aligned with the target audience. * Ensure proper application of the company’s **visual identity** across all channels. * Support the preparation of briefs for printing and external production. * Coordinate with visual suppliers and printing companies. * Provide support for other tasks as requested by the Coordinator or Marketing Assistant.
