Opportunity for growth within the university's investor network. **What Are We Looking For?** We seek a candidate interested in the innovation, entrepreneurship, and investment ecosystem, with strong organizational, interpersonal, and coordination skills, capable of supporting the management and growth of the university's investor network. A dynamic, proactive profile with skills to interact with entrepreneurs, investors, alumni, and stakeholders in the business ecosystem is essential. **Ideal Profile: Academic Background** * Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Communications, Marketing, or related fields * Desired: interest in or coursework related to innovation, startups, venture capital, and entrepreneurship **Experience** * 1–3 years in coordination, relationship management, event management, or executive support roles * Desired experience in: universities, entrepreneurship ecosystems, incubators/accelerators, consulting, corporate networks **Valued Knowledge & Skills** Event management and coordination Database management and tracking Stakeholder engagement Digital tools and Excel LinkedIn and professional networking Intermediate English (desirable) Salary: S/.2,000\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
