We are currently looking for: ***Marketing and Sales Assistant.*** **REQUIREMENTS**: * Graduates or students in their final semesters of Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Graphic Design, or related fields. * Minimum of 1 year of experience in marketing, social media, sales, and/or customer service. * Proficiency in social media platforms and digital tools. * Basic knowledge of design and content creation. * Residence in Villa El Salvador or nearby areas. * Creativity, initiative, and strong communication skills. **RESPONSIBILITIES**: * Management and updating of the company's social media accounts. * Creation of content for posts, stories, and digital campaigns. * Support in marketing and advertising strategies. * Follow-up with potential customers via social media and digital channels. * Coordination with the sales and design departments. * Sales follow-up according to customer portfolio. * Follow-up on closed sales. * Support in event coverage, trade fairs, and corporate activities. * Other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. **BENEFITS**: * Working hours from Monday to Friday. * Ongoing training. * Pleasant work environment. * Opportunity for professional growth. * Participation in corporate projects and events.
