Support marketing campaign planning and execution Marketing Assistant – On-site | Santiago de Surco **Noal Tecnología** is looking for a creative, proactive, and results-oriented **Marketing Assistant** to join our team. Position Type * Full-time * Mode: On-site Salary **S/ 1,500 per month** Responsibilities * Manage the company's social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn). * Create engaging social media content. * Design graphic assets and advertising materials using Canva. * Record and edit videos for Reels, TikTok, and digital campaigns. * Support marketing campaign planning and execution. * Coordinate with the sales department to develop promotional materials. * Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports. * Support company events, promotions, and product launches. Requirements * Technical or university degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience as a Marketing Assistant or in similar roles. * Proficiency in Canva, CapCut, and Meta Business Suite. * Intermediate-level knowledge of Microsoft Office. * Excellent writing and spelling skills. * Creative, organized, responsible, and self-motivated individual.
