




Job Summary: We are seeking a Marketing Assistant to develop and execute digital marketing strategies, manage social media accounts, analyze metrics, and plan influencer partnerships. Key Responsibilities: 1. Create and execute digital marketing strategies for the brand. 2. Generate creative and relevant content for social media platforms. 3. Plan and execute influencer partnerships. We are Ecco, a 100% Peruvian company with 33 years of experience selling footwear. We operate 16 retail stores nationwide and are present in the country’s major cities. We are looking for top talent to fill the position of Marketing Assistant. **Responsibilities:** * Create and implement digital marketing strategies to strengthen the brand’s presence on social media and other digital channels. * Produce creative and relevant content for social media platforms on a weekly basis, maintaining brand identity. * Actively manage social media accounts, schedule posts, and engage with the community. * Analyze metrics weekly to optimize performance. * Plan and execute influencer partnerships to promote our footwear and increase brand visibility. * Identify growth and development opportunities for the brand through market and trend analysis. **Knowledge Requirements:** * Specialized course in Digital Marketing. * Proficiency in digital tools: META ADS, TIKTOK ADS, among others. * Knowledge of data and metrics analysis. **Requirements:** * Minimum education: Technical degree * Experience in retail/fashion industry * 2 years of experience * Age: 23 years or older * Availability to work in the Ate district.
