Job Summary: We are seeking a Store Leader to coordinate teams, manage inventory, implement sales strategies, and ensure compliance with store protocols and fund handling. Key Highlights: 1. A leading retail company operating convenience stores for vehicles, with over 18 years of experience, is currently seeking personnel for the position of **STORE LEADER** for our stores in **ATE**. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Proven experience leading teams. (Mandatory) * Over 1 year of experience as Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, or Customer Service Representative. * Over 1 year of experience in retail, convenience stores, automotive, hardware, fast food, or similar industries. (Mandatory) * Technical professionals or graduates in Marketing and Sales, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related fields. * Availability to work retail store hours, Monday through Sunday, with one day off per week. * Intermediate/advanced proficiency in Excel. (Mandatory) **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Plan and coordinate team work, including scheduling, vacation coverage, and ensuring achievement of established performance indicators. * Conduct weekly rotating inventory counts to maintain accurate stock levels and prevent losses or errors. * Implement training programs on sales, protocols, and administrative procedures to improve team efficiency. * Execute sales strategies and motivate staff through training, and by adjusting product assortment or placement to optimize results. * Ensure compliance with store protocols, including opening hours, seller checklists, aesthetics, and cleanliness. * Supervise incoming merchandise, monitor product rotation, and ensure implementation of current promotions. * Monitor cash reconciliation, daily sales reconciliations, bank deposits, and petty cash, guaranteeing proper handling of income and expenses. **BENEFITS:** * Career development path. * Formal payroll from the first day of employment. * Statutory benefits. * Profit sharing. * Bonuses for achieving sales targets.
