Position Summary: We are seeking a CCTV Operator to monitor critical areas, control intrusion lines, and supervise operations, ensuring asset security. Key Highlights: 1. Implementation of security and confidentiality protocols **CCTV OPERATOR – CALLAO ZONE** Requirements: \- Minimum 1 year of experience as a CCTV Operator or in a Monitoring Center \- SUCAMEC ID card (Desirable) \- Basic knowledge of Office applications (Excel, report generation, email) \- Availability to work Monday through Sunday on rotating 12-hour shifts \- Analytical ability and emergency response capability Responsibilities: \- Continuously monitor all critical areas: perimeters, offices, operation yards, and exteriors. \- Monitor and control intrusion lines across all sites, performing daily operational tests. \- Supervise cargo loading, container filling, and cargo movement operations in real time, ensuring full video coverage of all operations. \- Verify proper functioning of cameras, DVRs, NVRs, monitors, and recording systems, immediately reporting any failure or anomaly. \- Log and report suspicious behavior, incidents, camera obstructions, and any risk situations affecting security. \- Record and verify container numbers, security seals, license plates, and driver visual identification using PTZ cameras. \- Maintain constant communication with the Asset Security Coordinator and security personnel for incident and operational follow-up. \- Daily logging of incidents, updates, and visitor control at the Control Center. \- Apply security and confidentiality protocols, prohibiting personal mobile phone use, external devices, and unauthorized post abandonment. \- Maintain active and continuous surveillance of assigned sites and operations, responding immediately to any relevant event.
