Job Summary: We are seeking an Inventory Control Assistant to conduct, verify, and validate inventories, ensuring alignment of physical stock with the SAP system and control of inventory discrepancies. We are currently seeking top talent to fill the position of **Inventory Control Assistant at our Mega VES \- Villa el Salvador warehouse.** Requirements: * Completed university degrees: Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Economics Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 1–2 years of experience in similar roles: inventory, warehousing, or operations. * Advanced Excel skills, Office & Windows proficiency **MISSION**: Conduct, verify, coordinate, and validate inventories according to company policy procedures to effectively control inventory discrepancies across the organization. **FUNCTIONS**: Audit and control physical stock in warehouses to ensure alignment between physical inventory and the SAP system. Analyze and verify information provided in documents submitted by plant and/or warehouse supervisors to avoid document and/or work duplication. Assist and communicate information provided by supervision to monitor discrepancies identified in the warehouse. Review and advise on warehouse inventory results to assess improvements and implement them across other sites.
