POSITION: MORTGAGE CREDIT SUPERVISOR WORK MODE: HYBRID (FIELD AND REMOTE) PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: \- Lead and develop field sales teams. \- Drive mortgage loan placements. \- Conduct daily performance tracking and goal achievement monitoring. \- Train and support the team throughout the commercial process. \- Analyze KPIs and optimize team productivity. \- Build partnerships with real estate agencies.
