Job Summary: We are seeking a Full Stack Developer for construction and mining projects, responsible for web application development, automation, and system integration, with a focus on code quality and security. Key Highlights: 1. Web application development (Frontend and Backend) to optimize processes. 2. Design and maintenance of RPA automations. 3. System and solution integration with AI models. On behalf of our client — a company operating in the construction and mining project sector — we are looking for a **Full Stack Developer**. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree or university/technical graduate in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Informatics, or related fields. * Courses or training in Software Development and Analysis. * Proficiency in programming languages: Python and JavaScript/TypeScript. * Knowledge of Backend & API development: FastAPI or Flask. * Knowledge of Frontend development: HTML, CSS, or React, Vue.js, or Angular. * Experience with AI-assisted development: use of coding agents (e.g., Claude Code or similar), including critical review of generated code. * Familiarity with Docker, Git, PostgreSQL, Linux servers, and basic cloud deployment (AWS, GCP, or Azure). * Minimum 1 year of software development experience: web applications, APIs, and/or automations. * Minimum 1 year of experience as a Full Stack Developer, Backend Developer, or related role. **Main Responsibilities:** * Participate in web application development (Frontend and Backend) to digitize and optimize processes across departments, adhering to development standards and under technical supervision. * Design, implement, and maintain Robotic Process Automation (RPA) workflows to reduce operational load on repetitive tasks. * Integrate corporate systems, databases, and new solutions (including AI models) via API development and consumption, subject to prior approval from Management and IT / Systems. * Deploy, monitor, and maintain developed applications on local infrastructure or in the cloud, documenting operations and dependencies. * Apply departmental code quality and security practices — version control, peer review, static analysis, and vulnerability assessment — to both self-written and AI-assisted code prior to each deployment. * Support Management in technical review of external vendor deliverables and onboarding of department interns, and perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor relevant to the position. **Benefits:** * Formal employment registration from the first day of work. * 100% EPS health insurance coverage. * Opportunities for professional development and career progression within the organization.
