




IMPORT ASSISTANTS WHAT DO WE REQUIRE? Hiring two graduates of the International Business Administration program for our team. WHAT ARE MY RESPONSIBILITIES? 1. Negotiation with freight forwarders, customs agents, and transportation providers. 2. Tracking imports from purchase order issuance to final destination. 3. Quoting and negotiating sea, air, and multimodal freight rates for selecting and contracting a freight forwarder. 4. Preparing import documentation, obtaining quotations from foreign suppliers, communicating verbally with representatives of our foreign suppliers, sending emails in English, and handling other procedures as required (e.g., with customs authorities, suppliers, etc.), including file tracking. 5. Supervising goods against import documentation (invoice). 6. Entering import expense documents into the system. 7. Knowledge of Kardex and inventory control. 8. Administrative document support. WHAT DO WE OFFER? 1. Monthly salary: Between 1,600 and 1,800. 2. Pleasant working environment. REQUIREMENTS: 1. Minimum two years’ experience in similar positions. 2. Graduate. 3. Intermediate-level office software proficiency. 4. Experience in import operations and customs procedures. 5. Intermediate-level English. 6. Immediate availability. WHAT PRODUCT LINE DO WE WORK WITH? We are a leading company in the commercial sector, specializing in importing, selling tools and accessories for industrial and mining companies. GENERAL CONSIDERATIONS: 1. Preferably residing in Cercado de Lima or nearby areas. 2. Working hours: Monday to Friday: 7:15 a.m. to 5:15 p.m. / Saturdays: 7:15 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. 3. REMYPE contract.
