




***Industrial Procurement Assistant*** Company: LACSAC – Logística Asesores Consultores S.A.C. Sector: Industrial Equipment and Services for Mining and Construction Location: On-site – Ate (Santa Clara), Lima Position Type: Full-time At LACSAC, a Peruvian company with over 30 years of experience specializing in equipment, spare parts, technical services, and industrial manufacturing for the mining and construction sectors, we are seeking an **Industrial Procurement Assistant** with experience in technical procurement to actively contribute to the efficient supply management of the Administrative, Services, and Maintenance departments. This position requires strong organizational skills, technical judgment, follow-up capability, and effective supplier relationship management within a dynamic, results-oriented environment. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * Coordinate and execute procurement activities for the Administration, Services, and Maintenance departments. * Manage procurement of industrial supplies, fabrication materials, steel, workshop consumables, mechanical components, and hydraulic parts. * Request, evaluate, and negotiate quotations with suppliers. * Issue, register, and track purchase orders through to conforming delivery. * Coordinate product and goods pickup and delivery using the company’s own transportation or arranging third-party transport services. * Coordinate with suppliers, warehouse, and transportation providers regarding pickup/delivery schedules, locations, documentation, and delivery conditions. * Maintain smooth communication with suppliers and support their evaluation and development. * Maintain continuous coordination with Maintenance, Technical Services, Warehouse, Logistics, and the Administrative Department. * Control procurement-related documentation and maintain organized physical and digital archives. * Support cost control, budgeting, and procurement reporting. * Propose improvements to procurement and supply processes. **REQUIREMENTS** * Technical or university degree in Administration, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 5–8 years of experience in industrial or technical services procurement. * Experience managing suppliers of industrial supplies, fabrication materials, mechanical components, and hydraulic parts. * Knowledge and experience in procurement for maintenance departments, workshops, or technical services. * Advanced Excel and Power BI proficiency; ERP system usage knowledge. * Experience coordinating goods pickup and delivery. * Negotiation, organizational, and follow-up capabilities. * Intermediate English (technical reading). **WE OFFER** * Employment with a stable and growing company. * Active participation in technical and operational processes. * Professional development in Procurement and Supply Chain. * Excellent work environment and continuous learning opportunities. **Work Modality: On-site** **Working Hours: Full-time** Position Type: Full-time Salary: Starting at S/.2,800.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
