Positive work environment At La Burgueseria, we are looking for a Full-Time Grill Cook to join our team and help us maintain the quality, speed, and flavor that define our brand. We seek a responsible, punctual, and committed individual with experience in fast-paced kitchens and the ability to perform efficiently during peak demand hours. RESPONSIBILITIES * Preparation and cooking of burgers and menu items. * Proper handling of the griddle and kitchen equipment. * Adherence to recipes, portion sizes, and established standards. * Assembly of products according to brand procedures. * Maintaining adequate stock at the workstation. * Supporting production as needed. * Maintaining consistent cleanliness and order in the assigned area. * Compliance with food hygiene and handling protocols. REQUIREMENTS * Prior experience as a grill cook, cook, or kitchen assistant. * Experience in burger restaurants, fast-food establishments, or sandwich shops is preferred. * Responsibility and punctuality. * Ability to work under pressure. * Availability to work night shifts. * Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team. SCHEDULE * 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM. * One day off per week.
