A well-known company dedicated to the production and commercialization of calcium oxide is seeking a RESIDENT ENGINEER – HUAMACHUCO\- TAYANGA DISTRICT OF MARCABAL \-LA LIBERTAD, to join our team. REQUIREMENTS: * Degree in Mining Engineering and/or professional registration * 5 years of experience in mining operations. * 3 years of experience as a Resident Engineer or in key managerial positions. Desirable specialization or training courses: * Knowledge of short-, medium-, and long-term mine planning. * Cost and budget management * Industrial customer marketing and management. * Management indicators and continuous improvement. * Integrated management systems (quality, safety, environment, and communities) Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach. FUNCTIONS: * Plan and supervise limestone extraction, calcium oxide production, crushing, and grinding operations. * Ensure final product quality and compliance with technical specifications for customers. * Coordinate and control dispatch and commercialization processes of lime to internal and external customers. * Coordinate and supervise the work of plant managers, ensuring efficient resource management. * Supervise and ensure compliance with safety, occupational health, and environmental regulations at all process stages. * Efficiently manage unit resources (equipment, supplies, personnel, budget). * Submit periodic reports to management on progress, results, and business unit needs. * Promote and implement continuous improvement of production and commercial processes to optimize costs and sustainability. * Coordinate with support areas (SSOMA, equipment maintenance, laboratory, warehouse, procurement, HR) to ensure operational continuity. * Maintain institutional relationships with customers, suppliers, government entities, and local communities. * Manage relationships with local communities and authorities, promoting collaboration and legal compliance. * Monitor production, cost, efficiency, safety, and quality indicators. * Prepare budgets and ensure compliance with operational and commercial costs. * Propose investment strategies and projects for continuous operational improvement. * Lead, motivate, and train personnel under their responsibility.
