




Mission or Objective: Provide support in implementing social welfare programs and in the administrative management of medical leaves and subsidies, ensuring compliance with internal procedures and timely assistance to employees. Responsibilities: * Support the implementation and execution of physical, social, emotional, and financial wellness programs. * Manage, administer, and evaluate agreements and benefits. * Provide support in processing procedures with healthcare providers. * Guide employees regarding their benefits. * Support the registration, tracking, and monitoring of medical leaves / follow-up for employees. * Support subsidy management on the Viva Essalud platform. * Support the coordination and execution of employee benefit campaigns. * Support the search for agreements and strategic alliances to enhance employee benefits. Requirements: * Graduates or students in the final cycles of Social Work studies. * Prior pre-professional internship experience in the corporate wellness area is desirable. * Intermediate Excel skills. * Intermediate PowerPoint and Canvas skills. Work Modality: * Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days remote).
