Position Summary: We are seeking a SOMA Supervisor to ensure compliance with Safety, Occupational Health, and Environmental standards on site, promoting a preventive culture. Key Responsibilities: 1. Supervise compliance with SOMA standards on site. 2. Prepare safety reports, inspections, and training sessions. 3. Investigate incidents and promote a preventive culture. We are currently looking for a professional to join our team as: SOMA SUPERVISOR – CHILCA PROJECT Requirements: * A licensed and registered professional in Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Occupational Safety and Health, or related fields. * Minimum 3 years of experience as a SOMA / SSOMA Supervisor in industrial, metal-mechanical, or installation projects. * Knowledge of the Occupational Safety and Health Law and current regulations. * Experience supervising high-risk work activities. * Proficiency in IPERC, ATS, work permits, and document management. * Availability to work in Chilca. * Willingness to travel as required by the project. Responsibilities: * Supervise compliance with Safety, Occupational Health, and Environmental standards on site. * Verify proper use of PPE and adherence to safe work procedures. * Prepare safety reports, inspections, toolbox talks, and training sessions. * Investigate incidents and follow up on corrective actions. * Coordinate with supervisors and operational staff to ensure safe working conditions. * Monitor SSOMA documentation for personnel and contractors. * Promote a preventive culture and compliance with internal and client standards. Salary: S/.1\.00 \- S/.2\.00 per hour Work Location: On-site employment
