If you seek professional growth, work with biosafety standards, and become part of a purpose-driven technical team, this is your opportunity. **What We Are Looking For:** If you meet the following criteria, you are already one step closer to joining our team: * Technical nursing degree. * Minimum **6 months** of experience in Sterilization Central (steam, ethylene oxide and/or plasma) and/or operating room. * Knowledge of biosafety, disinfection, and instrument handling. * Availability to work **rotating shifts** (day/night according to schedule). * Proficiency in **OFFICE** at user level (Word, Excel, and form usage). * Ability to **work under pressure** in high-demand environments. * Residency in Lima or Callao (preferred). **Your Main Responsibilities:** * Receiving, cleaning, disinfecting, and preparing surgical instruments. * Operating sterilization equipment (steam, ethylene oxide and/or plasma). * Recording information and preparing basic reports in Word/Excel. * Monitoring chemical and biological indicators. * Packaging, labeling, and validating processes for both heat-sensitive and non-heat-sensitive materials. * Strict compliance with biosafety standards. * Attending scheduled service meetings. * Participating in scheduled on-the-job training and capacity-building sessions.
