At **Telsis S.A.C.**, we are looking for an SSOMA Supervisor committed to prevention and operational excellence. Your mission will be to lead the field safety culture, ensuring compliance with Law No. 29783 and protecting the integrity of our team and customers. **What will you do with us?** * Ensure legal and regulatory compliance in OSH. * Lead trainings, 5-minute safety talks, and control records/checklists. * Prepare monthly reports with HSE indicators and update documentation of the Management System. * Provide support in developing procedures, programs, and preventive campaigns. * Supervise personnel and facility safety on assigned projects. **What are we looking for?** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree or Engineer in Industrial Safety, Environmental Science, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * **Specialization:** Diploma or course in OSH (minimum 100 hours). * **Experience:** Minimum 2 years as SSOMA Supervisor (calculated from graduation date). * **Critical Certifications:** Valid certifications as supervisor for **Height, Hot Work, and Electrical Work** (minimum 8 hours each, issued no more than 3 years ago). * **Tools:** Proficiency in Microsoft Office. **Benefits and Conditions:** * Opportunity to join a solid company in the telecommunications sector. * Professional development in engineering project management. **Application Instructions:** If you meet the profile, please submit your **documented CV.** Salary: S/.3,000\.00 \- S/.3,500\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
