Job Summary: Coordinate and control the timely dispatch of materials, tools, equipment, and resources to ensure continuous supply at construction sites and fulfillment of requirements. Key Responsibilities: 1. Coordination and control of material and equipment dispatch. 2. Management of material, tool, and asset inflow and outflow. 3. Maintenance of stock and movement records. At CORSORCIO ESPERANZA, we are seeking two **Warehouse Assistants II** to join our team. \+ Job Objective: Coordinate and control the timely dispatch of materials, tools, equipment, and resources to various construction site areas, ensuring continuous supply, accurate documentary registration, and compliance with project operational requirements. \+ Main Responsibilities: \- Coordinate daily dispatch of materials and equipment according to site requirements. \- Verify delivery notes, vouchers, dispatch orders, and other control documents. \- Track material, tool, and asset inflow and outflow. \- Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and site supervisors to ensure timely supply. \- Monitor deliveries, returns, and material transfers. \- Maintain up-to-date stock and movement records in system or internal formats. \- Verify that dispatches comply with requested quantities, specifications, and timelines. \- Report incidents, shortages, surpluses, or damages detected during dispatch. \- Support periodic inventories and warehouse controls. \- Comply with company safety regulations and internal procedures. \+ Requirements: \- Technical diploma or graduate in Administration, Logistics, Civil Construction, or related fields. \- Minimum 6 months’ experience in similar roles on construction, sanitation, or mining projects. \- Basic knowledge of warehouse control and construction site logistics. \- Proficiency in Excel and control documentation. \- ERP or inventory system experience is desirable. \- Willingness to work on-site. \+ Working Conditions: \- Schedule: Monday to Friday: 7:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.; Saturdays: 7:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. \- District: Ventanilla, Callao. \- Eligible for all statutory payroll benefits: CTS and full bonuses, ESSALUD health insurance, Family Allowance, among others. \- Payroll registration from Day 1. * Interested applicants may apply to: * Phone number: 973005098\. * Email: seleccion@construyegroup.com.
