We are looking for a **Pre-professional Well-being/Social Work Intern** to work in a hybrid mode. Send your CV and/or inquiries via the following WhatsApp number or link: 905 433 747 https://wa.me/\+51905433747 Weekly schedule: 30 hours * Monday, Wednesday, and Friday: 8 AM to 5 PM (in-person) * Tuesday and Thursday (virtual) \- flexible schedule **Responsibilities (***Activities will be carried out under the supervision of an experienced social worker)* * Support in counseling and social accompaniment of employees facing personal, family, economic, or work-related issues. * Support in assessing and following up on social cases affecting employee attendance, performance, or retention. * Support in managing follow-up of extended medical leaves, occupational illnesses, and workplace accidents, promoting return-to-work. * Support in conducting interviews and home visits when required by the case. * Support in implementing well-being, prevention, and health promotion campaigns. * Support in administratively managing and tracking cases and activities within the department. **Requirements:** * Student in final semesters or graduate in well-being/social work * Knowledge: Interest and basic understanding of labor legislation and ESSALUD procedures. * Intermediate-level Office software proficiency (preferred). * Knowledge of subsidies (mandatory) * Availability to work in Central Lima. * Knowledge of social welfare, occupational health, or Occupational Safety and Health (preferred). **Benefits:** * Continuous learning in a dynamic environment. * Flexible working hours to combine with your studies. * Opportunity to develop your creativity and skills in design. * Work in a company committed to occupational health and the well-being of its employees.
