As a Marketing Coordinator at Creditomype, you will play the important role of planning, leading, and supervising the execution of the company’s marketing, communication, and brand positioning strategies, with the objective of contributing to commercial growth, acquiring new customers, and reinforcing institutional identity in the financial intermediation sector. This is a full-time position to be carried out on-site at our offices located in **San Isidro, Lima.** **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related fields. * 2 years of experience in similar positions. * Digital and traditional marketing strategies. * Market and consumer behavior analysis. * Social media management, SEO, SEM, and paid campaigns. * Basic design and advertising copywriting. Microsoft Office and marketing tools (Meta Business, Google Ads, Canva, etc.). * Availability to travel to our branches nationwide. * Availability to work **on-site in San Isidro, Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., and Saturday from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.** **Responsibilities** * Design and implement the Annual Marketing and Communication Plan, aligned with the company’s commercial and strategic objectives. * Lead the planning and execution of advertising and promotional campaigns, both digital and physical. * Supervise social media and digital content management, ensuring consistency with brand identity. * Coordinate and review graphic materials produced by the designer, ensuring quality, visual impact, and alignment with the company’s graphic guidelines. * Guide and provide thematic and strategic direction to content creators for publications, campaigns, and institutional videos. * Monitor and analyze campaign performance using KPIs, presenting monthly results reports. * Oversee the design and updating of the corporate website in coordination with external or internal providers. * Manage the Marketing department’s budget, ensuring efficient and controlled usage. * Propose and organize events, fairs, activations, and strategic alliances to reinforce institutional positioning. * Ensure compliance with the Brand Manual, guaranteeing its correct application across all channels and materials. * Support internal communication campaigns and institutional activities upon request. * Conduct benchmarking and competitive analysis in the financial sector. * Plan, execute, and optimize digital advertising placements on online platforms. * Design and implement influencer marketing strategies aligned with commercial and brand positioning objectives. * Plan, coordinate, and supervise the execution of corporate events, fairs, activations, and product launches by Creditomype. * Coordinate the creation and dissemination of content to enhance employees’ professional presence on platforms such as LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, and other social media. **Benefits** * Formal employment under the MYPE regime (50% benefits). * Salary range: S/ 2500 to S/3000 (based on experience). * Career development opportunities. * Half-day leave vouchers. * Ongoing training.
