Position Summary: We are seeking a professional to support verification of compliance with quality, food safety, and integrated management regulations in food industry companies. Key Responsibilities: 1. Support in integrated management systems (ISO, HACCP, SSOMA) 2. Assistance in food quality and safety verification 3. Documentation management, inspections, and internal audits **Suggested Position Requirements** * Graduate, bachelor's degree holder, or technical diploma holder in Food Industries, Food Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related fields. * Knowledge of management systems: ISO 9001, ISO 22000, HACCP, GMP, PHS/POES, OSH, and environmental management. * Knowledge of SSOMA and hazard and risk identification. * Documentation management, KPIs, inspections, and internal audits. * Proficiency in Excel and document control tools. * Prior experience in food, industrial, or related companies is desirable. **Specific Functions for Food Companies** * Verify compliance with GMP, POES/PHS, pest control, cleaning, and disinfection. * Support controls for receipt, storage, portioning, production, dispatch, and traceability. * Review proper completion of process control records, personnel hygiene records, and product release documentation. * Support investigations of complaints, returns, and quality or safety deviations. * Assist in label verification, batch identification, and document control of technical specifications. * Support in managing the Integrated Management System. * Document control and system records. * Quality and food safety verification. * Preparation and control of dispatch labels. * Support in Occupational Health, Safety, and Environmental (SSOMA) management. * Audit follow-up, KPI monitoring, and continuous improvement Salary: S/.1,500.00 - S/.1,800.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
