Job Summary: We are seeking a SIG Assistant to coordinate the implementation and monitoring of safety and environmental management systems within a leading road engineering company. Experience in SSOMA and ISO regulations Our organization is a leading road engineering company with a significant portfolio of state-owned enterprises. We are currently seeking a professional for the position of SIG Assistant: **REQUIREMENTS:**Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Safety and Industrial Hygiene Engineering, or related fields Mandatory knowledge of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001\. Diploma or specialized course on ISO 45001 Occupational Health and Safety Management Standard and ISO 14001 Environmental Management Standard\. Knowledge of ISO 9001 is recommended Familiarity with legal regulations applicable to SSOMA. Minimum 1 year of experience in SIG or SSOMA. * Coordinate with all organizational departments the implementation, compliance, and monitoring of safety and environmental management systems across the organization * Organize, execute, and monitor compliance with internal standards, procedures, practices, and regulations. * Organize and coordinate preventive programs and activities, supervise their deployment at corporate, office, and field levels in safety, occupational health, and environmental management * Identify hazards and environmental aspects, assess risk and environmental impact levels, and establish operational controls to eliminate, reduce, or mitigate risks and impacts across all activities. * Raise awareness among personnel regarding safety, occupational health, and environmental management. * Conduct SSOMA inspections across all organizational areas and ensure documentation of observations. * Carry out and participate in meetings, inspections, and internal audits of various activities. * Comply with the Organization’s Integrated Management System policies and processes. Others: Immediate availability Willingness to travel occasionally to provincial locations. Position Type: Full-time Salary: S/.2,200.00 \- S/.2,700.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
