Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to provide support in the implementation, monitoring, and compliance of SSOMA management systems, including documentation, inspections, and training. Key Responsibilities: 1. Support in the implementation and monitoring of the SSOMA Management System 2. Preparation and updating of safety documentation 3. Coordination of inductions, trainings, and safety talks **Requirements** * Graduate or Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum of **1 year** of experience in Safety, Occupational Health, and Environment (SSOMA). * Knowledge of **Law No. 29783** and its regulations. * Knowledge of high-risk work (electrical, height, confined spaces, and hot work) *(desirable)*. **Responsibilities** * Provide support in the implementation and monitoring of the SSOMA Management System. * Assist in managing work permit requests. * Prepare and update safety documentation (IPERC, PETS, ATS, checklists, procedures, and records). * Conduct safety inspections, identify hazards, and follow up on corrective actions. * Coordinate inductions, trainings, and safety talks for personnel. * Control and supervise the proper delivery and use of PPE and safety equipment. * Assist in incident investigations, drills, and emergency response plans. * Prepare SSOMA management reports and indicators, and ensure compliance with current regulations. * Other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.
