Innomedic Clinic, a leader in occupational health, is seeking top talent to join its team for the following position: **\*Requirements:** * Graduates and/or Bachelor's degree holders in Business Administration or related fields. * Minimum 3–6 months of experience in similar positions. * Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel). * Willingness to learn and strong sense of commitment. * Availability to work in the San Borja district. **\*Responsibilities:** * Validate supporting documents, payment receipts, and bank transactions to ensure payment for services rendered—both digitally and physically. * Validate services not recorded in the system; coordinate with the scheduling and billing departments. * Download and analyze database records in Excel using necessary formulas to determine the exact count and valuation of unbilled services. * Prepare reports with indicators and statistical charts based on reconciled information per company. * Coordinate resolution of unbilled services (coordination with billing department, sales representative, and client). * Compile a statistical summary of all companies served, including their current status. * Enter data into the database to facilitate and support valuation preparation, tracking documentation required for billing. * Consolidate and submit valuations for medical services performed, according to the credit terms of the company list. * Issue sales documents—including invoices, receipts, credit notes, re-invoicing, and other documents—via the SUNAT portal, as required by the client and coordinated with the immediate supervisor. * Coordinate with the sales department regarding observations (e.g., changes in services or price adjustments) and/or lack of response from companies. * Provide requested information to companies via email. * Comply with occupational safety and health program regulations, as well as company policies and instructions. * Verify and follow up on weekly reconciliation of cash, cash-on-delivery, and campaign services. * Perform all duties related to the position and/or assigned by the immediate supervisor. **\*Benefits:** * Positive work environment. * Formal payroll with all statutory benefits. * Ongoing training. * Career development path. * Job stability.
