Job Summary:
Auxiliary cleaning staff responsible for maintaining facility hygiene and order, in compliance with the company's safety policies and ethical standards.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Maintain the hygiene and order of the facilities.
2. Perform thorough cleaning of various areas of the company.
3. Support company activities and events.
The auxiliary cleaning staff will ensure optimal hygiene and order throughout the company’s facilities, adhering to established guidelines outlined in the company’s safety, health, and code of ethics policies.
* Carry out interior and exterior cleaning of the main premises and warehouses.
* Clean the main gate of the premises and warehouses.
* Clean administrative offices, meeting rooms, laboratories, lactation rooms, occupational medical clinics, dining areas, and changing rooms.
* Clean plastic waste bins (paper, plastic, organic waste, etc.).
* Place recycled liners in each plastic waste bin.
* Collect, dispose of, and transport waste to the internal warehouse.
* Clean restrooms (SSH) in the main premises and warehouses.
* Clean doors, chairs, and windows.
* Clean fans and picture frames.
* Clean refrigerators and microwave ovens.
* Inspect and replenish soap dispensers, paper towel dispensers, and toilet paper dispensers.
* Water green areas.
* Clean and organize the supply warehouse (courtyard): rags, cloths, disposable cups, recycled liners, pacifier sticks, etc.
* Receive and deliver industrial cleaning cloths.
* Assist in the marketing of containers and scrap metal.
* Clean partitions in the dining area and logistics office.
* Assist with purchases and/or collection of raw material samples, if necessary.
* Complete the solid waste control log, documenting waste generated by other departments’ activities.
* Support all activities and events held within the company.
**Education and Experience**
* Education: None required.
* Experience: Not mandatory.
**Additional Qualifications**
* Basic math operations (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division), to be verified during the entrance examination.
**Physical Requirements**
* Ability to lift and move weights; maximum reference weights range from under 15 kg to 25 kg, in accordance with ergonomic criteria and occupational safety and health regulations.
