Job Summary: We are seeking committed and responsible personnel for the position of Concierge Supervisor on the night shift, responsible for reception, surveillance, and management of the building's common areas. Key Responsibilities: 1. Reception and registration of building entries 2. Surveillance via security cameras 3. Parcel management and common areas log We require personnel to fill the position of **Concierge Supervisor (NIGHT SHIFT)** in **Lince**, preferably **MALE** candidates over 26 years of age, productive, committed, and responsible, residing in nearby areas. **Responsibilities:** * Receive and register building entries for owners and their guests. * Monitor security cameras. * Receive parcels, letters, etc. * Maintain a log of owners' common areas. * Additionally, remove building garbage. **Schedule:** * 8-hour shift \+ overtime **(12 hrs)** with one day off per week * Night shift **Additional Information:** * Enrollment in payroll from the first day. * Uniform, photo ID card, and job orientation regarding responsibilities provided on the first day. **Benefits:** * Statutory benefits according to the REMYPE regime. * Monthly salary deposited into a payroll account. * Overtime pay. * AFP or ONP enrollment. * 15 days of vacation. * Health insurance through SIS MICROEMPRESAS. * Statutory life insurance.
