Position Summary: This position manages and optimizes human resources processes, promotes staff well-being, and enhances labor relations within the organization. Key Highlights: 1. Lead the comprehensive management of human resources and labor relations. 2. Supervise personnel administration and ensure legal compliance. 3. Promote the holistic development and well-being of employees. 1\. POSITION: HUMAN RESOURCES COORDINATOR 2\. PROFILE: Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields. Knowledge: Labor legislation regulations. 3\. EXPERIENCE Three years of experience in human resource management or HR-related activities. 4\. POSITION OBJECTIVE: Manage recruitment, hiring, registration, evaluation, training, welfare, and holistic development processes for the company's human resources, as well as maintain and improve interpersonal and labor relations within the organization. 5\. POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES: * Supervise personnel administration (contracts, onboarding, offboarding, and personnel files). * Manage payroll, social benefits, and compensation. * Ensure compliance with labor legislation. * Supervise payroll preparation and calculation of social benefits. * Prepare documentation for SUNAFIL and MTPE inspections. * Lead recruitment and selection processes required by the company. * Systematize HR department processes. * Lead annual performance evaluations for all staff. * Systematize memorandum and disciplinary notice templates. * Provide in-office staff support for inquiries and clarifications. * Coordinate updates to job descriptions across all departments. * Address employee requests and inquiries. * Mediate between the company and employees. * Manage SCTR coverage for all staff. * Manage employee insurance and benefits. * Conduct site visits and deliver training on social welfare topics such as leaves, permits, and medical leave. * Actively participate in occupational safety, health, and environmental initiatives through trainings, meetings, and/or seminars required by the company.
