A professional who ensures conformity of the integrated management system with ISO standards, continuously improves processes, and advises staff.

**1. POSITION:**
**INTEGRATED MANAGEMENT SYSTEM ASSISTANT**
**2. POSITION OBJECTIVE:**
To ensure that the Integrated Management System (IMS) complies with the requirements of applicable ISO standards.
**3. POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:**
· Report IMS performance, including improvement opportunities, to Top Management.
· Ensure that processes generate and deliver the intended outputs.
· Monitor implementation and maintenance of the IMS across departments and maintain effective communication with Top Management and department heads.
· Administer and update the IMS documentation platform in accordance with the current versions of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001.
· Ensure that the IMS is implemented, maintained, and continuously improved.
· Advise staff on compliance with IMS standards (procedures, work instructions, or other documents).
· Monitor implementation of IMS plans and programs.
· Support Top Management in managing internal audits and tracking established improvement actions.
· Ensure control and distribution of documented information.
· Participate, as required, in investigations arising from incidents or accidents, in accordance with applicable procedures.
· Attend company-mandated trainings, meetings, and/or briefings.
· Report any unsafe condition, incident, accident, or emergency related to safety, health, or environment as soon as possible.

· Manage maintenance of computer systems and generate digital data backups.
· Manage compliance with the preventive maintenance program for machinery, as well as repair machinery when required.
· Attend occupational medical examinations as required under current legal regulations.
· Participate in hazard identification and risk assessment related to assigned activities.
**4. POSITION PROFILE:**
**4.1. EDUCATION**
· Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Occupational Safety and Health, or Business Administration.
**4.2. EXPERIENCE**
· Two years of experience in quality, occupational safety and health, and environmental management systems.
**4.3. KNOWLEDGE:**
· Interpretation of ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 standards.
· Tri-standard internal audits.
· Process mapping and development of procedures, work instructions, standards, etc.
· Supervision of high-risk activities (working at heights and in confined spaces).
· Legal regulations on occupational safety and health (OSH) and the environment.
· Computer tools, Excel, and Power BI.
