OPTICAL SORTER AND PACKAGING MACHINE OPERATOR

Job Summary: We are seeking a machine operator to operate and maintain the legume sorting line, including conditioning, startup, calibration, and recipe development. Key Responsibilities: 1. Operation and maintenance of optical sorters and grain sieves 2. Development, modification, and improvement of recipes on the optical sorter 3. Calibration, cleaning, and general equipment maintenance **Grain processing company with plant located in La Victoria \- Lima, requires a machine operator for its legume sorting line.** REQUIREMENTS: * Experience as a machine operator for optical sorters and grain sieves, preferably with legumes. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Conditioning of the optical sorter and sieves prior to process startup, according to grain type. * Sequential startup of the production line, verifying proper equipment operation. * Development, modification, and improvement of recipes on the optical sorter for each grain family. * Recording information in production area control forms. * Performing calibration, cleaning, and general equipment maintenance. * Coordinating with the shift supervisor on raw material supply sequencing to meet production targets. * Complying with policies, regulations, and directives outlined in Production, Quality, and SSOMA procedures.
