Job Description At DHL Supply Chain, we are seeking an **OPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE COORDINATOR** whose primary responsibilities include managing Quality, Risk Assessment (QRA), and Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) within our in-house logistics operation for an aerospace client. Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Quality Engineering, Occupational Safety Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 2 years’ experience in Quality Assurance, Occupational Health and Safety. * Experience in the aerospace sector (Desirable) * Knowledge of occupational safety and health legislation, and ISO 9001, 14001 standards. * Knowledge and experience in root cause analysis, sustainability, and hazardous materials handling. * Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency * Intermediate English proficiency * Power BI Responsibilities * Administer the QRA and HSE management system. * Manage documentation workload and track updates. * Conduct root cause analyses and propose action plans for process failures. * Develop procedures related to QRA and HSE areas. * Investigate and analyze all occupational incidents/accidents, identify root causes, and generate action plans. * Supervise high-risk activities within the operation. * Train employees on QRA and HSE topics. * Perform IPERC (Identification of Hazards, Risk Assessment, and Control) evaluations for activity implementation. * Coordinate and attend meetings of the Occupational Health and Safety Committee, as well as Emergency Response Team meetings. * Inspect operational facilities/buildings applying continuous improvement programs for QRA and HSE. * Prepare the site for scheduled audits conducted by internal and/or external (third-party) clients on QRA, HSE, and aerospace-related topics. * Execute training programs and awareness campaigns. * Support operations in designing, monitoring, and implementing continuous improvement projects. **Don’t miss this opportunity — join the world’s best logistics company!
