Job Objective:** Define process parameters, ensure their control and compliance within production, define work methods, identify improvement opportunities, and support the implementation of operational excellence tools or methodologies with the objective of reducing waste, ensuring quality, and optimizing production processes. **2\. Key Responsibilities:** Participate in the design and implementation of operational excellence methodologies (5S, SMED, TPM, performance dialogues, etc.) to ensure efficient resource utilization in the process. Perform process control and establish work standards to ensure a standardized process that prevents quality issues and helps reduce waste and production costs. Lead training, awareness, and policy/compliance initiatives for personnel, while ensuring timely achievement of set objectives. Investigate root causes of problems and implement solutions, ensuring adherence to action plans within established timeframes. Manage area cost-saving projects aimed at reducing process costs. Monitor and control improvement action reports to minimize quality issues in the process. Ensure product quality through rapid and effective corrective actions in response to issues arising in the production plant. Propose and disseminate process indicators to measure progress and/or issues occurring in production. Lead scheduled machinery shutdown management within the production area, ensuring activity prioritization is based on process indicator importance. Identify improvement opportunities in daily activities for subsequent execution to enhance productivity, quality, or safety within the production plant. Support supervisors across various production processes to optimize personnel and equipment activities. Serve as an alternate member of the BCP Crisis Management Team and train new members as required. Comply with Amcor’s four safety pillars and six life-saving rules. Comply with the Internal Work Regulations, Internal Occupational Safety and Health Regulations, and Amcor Safety Standards. Comply with current BRCGS Packaging, GMP, and HARA standards. **4\.
