At **PyM Logística**, we seek a key talent capable of transforming management system theory into living tools that drive our operations. **What is the challenge?** Ensure the operation, order, and continuous improvement of PyM Logística’s Management Systems, **leading the transition toward a process-oriented and indicator-analytics management culture**, while firmly maintaining the Occupational Health and Safety Management System (OHSMS) and the ISO 9001 Quality Management System. This role is strategic for strengthening internal control, standardizing logistics operations, and ensuring regulatory compliance across the organization. **Your impact on the organization** * **Modeling and Architecture:** Promote process-based management by identifying, mapping, and intervening in operational areas to achieve cross-functional standardization and continuous improvement. * **Data Analytics:** Design, implement, and continuously monitor operational and support management dashboards (KPIs). * **Quality Strategy:** Manage and ensure the evolution of the ISO 9001 Quality Management System and other future standards. * **OHS Leadership:** Ensure maintenance, strict legal compliance, and continuous improvement of the Occupational Health and Safety Management System (OHSMS). \[1] * **Control and Auditing:** Coordinate internal audits, lead the identification of findings, action plans, and incident investigations with their respective corrective actions. * **Strategic Partner:** Actively coordinate with leaders across all departments to implement and adopt Integrated Management System (IMS) initiatives, preparing management reports to support executive decision-making. **What we seek in you** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree or higher in **Industrial Engineering**, Business Management Engineering, Occupational Health and Safety Engineering, or related fields (with priority emphasis on Process Engineering). * **Experience:** Minimum of **3 years** managing Integrated Management Systems (Quality and OHS), preferably in logistics, warehousing, courier, or retail companies. * **Process Modeling (Mandatory):** Demonstrable knowledge and experience in process management, continuous improvement, and process modeling/diagramming using BPMN methodology (Bizagi Modeler, MS Visio, ARIS, or similar tools). * **Regulatory Knowledge:** Solid understanding of ISO 9001 and current Occupational Health and Safety legislation (Law No. 29783 and amendments). * **Tools:** Intermediate-level Excel proficiency (KPI tracking and database management) and experience leading internal audits. **What we offer** * **Real Impact:** A highly visible, cross-functional role with the opportunity to shape the process culture of a rapidly growing company. * **Stability:** Formal employment with full statutory benefits from day one. * **Work Environment:** A dynamic, challenging, results-oriented work environment within the logistics sector. * Salary: USD 2500 \- 3000 **Position Conditions** * **Work Modality:** 100% On-site – Located in **La Victoria, Lima**. * **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., and Saturdays, 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. * **Contract Type:** Fixed-term, renewable contract.
