Job Summary: We are seeking a Quality Supervisor to ensure hygiene, dosage, and process control at the plant, promoting continuous improvement. Key Highlights: 1. We are currently seeking top talent to join our team for the position of **QUALITY SUPERVISOR**. **REQUIREMENTS** * Graduated or in final cycles of Food Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Fisheries Engineering programs. * Knowledge of quality management. * Availability for flexible working hours (to handle unforeseen events or emergencies). **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Verify cleaning staff duties and ensure consistent plant hygiene. * Verify dosage and process parameters in the base production area, including raw material checks before and after processing, compliance with GMP and area hygiene, and completion of traceability-related forms. * Verify GMP compliance and hygiene in the warehouse area. * Conduct general hygienic-sanitary inspections across the plant. * Verify daily hygiene of the entire plant at the end of each shift. * Verify dosage and process parameters in the decoration area, including raw material checks before and after processing, compliance with GMP and area hygiene, and completion of traceability-related forms. * Propose and implement continuous process improvements. * In case of detecting any loss, collect evidence and weight data, then proceed with the procedure to identify responsible parties. * Experience and support in quality management for implementing HACCP and GMP. * Other duties as assigned or directed by management. **BENEFITS** * 100% meal coverage (lunch). * Formal employment under MYPE payroll. * Positive and supportive work environment. * Ongoing training.
