Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced SSOMA Supervisor to ensure occupational health and safety compliance on construction projects, managing plans, training personnel, and participating in audits. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead safety in construction projects 2. Manage and ensure compliance with SSOMA plans 3. Participate in audits and incident investigations We are a leading multinational company specializing in EPC projects for HVAC, fire protection systems, and building automation (BMS). We are part of the Daikin Group (Daikin Applied Latin America), a Japanese global leader in air conditioning sales. We are currently hiring an **SSOMA Supervisor**, with experience in construction projects. **Responsibilities:** * Ensure compliance with Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) plans to guarantee worker safety and proper adherence to relevant policies. * Develop and monitor implementation and compliance of SSOMA management plans for the assigned project or service. * Train personnel and verify compliance with standards and client-established PETS (Procedures, Equipment, Tools, and Systems) during construction execution. * Manage the procurement of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and deliver it to personnel. * Intervene in activities involving hazards, imminent risks, or substandard conditions threatening personnel, equipment, or infrastructure integrity until hazards or risks are eliminated. * Participate in audits and investigations of incidents or accidents. * Submit monthly SSOMA indicator reports. * Compile the SSOMA dossier upon completion of assigned projects or services. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree or higher in Industrial Engineering, Safety Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 3 years of experience as an SSOMA Supervisor or SSOMA Engineer in construction projects (mandatory). * Solid knowledge of safety regulations applicable to the construction sector. * Availability for on-site work in Lima. **Benefits:** * Market-competitive salary. * Comprehensive statutory benefits. * Excellent working environment. * Opportunities for growth and development within a leading industry company. *We firmly believe in equal opportunities for men and women, promote generational, ethnic, and national diversity, and support inclusion of persons with different abilities and/or disabilities (in accordance with Law No. 29973, “General Law for Persons with Disabilities”).* Application Question(s): * Are you a bachelor’s graduate or hold a degree in Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field? * What is your expected salary? * Are you currently employed? * Do you have experience as an SSOMA Supervisor or SSOMA Engineer in construction projects?
