We are looking for a ***Technical Support Assistant*** who wishes to strengthen their professional development, demonstrating commitment, responsibility, and willingness to learn in a technical and dynamic environment. **Responsibilities:** * Assist in addressing maintenance, calibration, and repair requests for equipment from internal and external customers. * Perform installation, assembly, and operation tasks for equipment assigned to the department. * Collaborate in developing and disseminating equipment procedures and instructions, as well as other company technologies. * Assist in training internal and external customers on equipment monitoring usage and handling. * Provide support to internal and external customers regarding equipment usage. * Participate in manufacturer-provided training on equipment. * Participate in activities related to Quality, Environment, Safety, and Occupational Health. * Participate in the annual training program provided by the Integrated Management System. * Comply with the company’s Management System guidelines, standards, and regulations, as well as established internal disciplinary sanctions. * Identify improvement opportunities and/or implement corrective actions to enhance processes. * Conduct risk assessments for your position related to safety and occupational health; regardless of your activities, you must comply with safety standards. * Perform other duties assigned by your immediate supervisor. **Requirements:** * Technician, Graduate, Bachelor’s, or Licentiate in\_ **INDUSTRIAL ENGINEERING, MECHATRONICS ENGINEERING.**\_ * Knowledge of metrology * Knowledge of electronics * Proficiency in office software (Word, PowerPoint, Excel). * Basic English. * Specialization in electronics or IT ***(DESIRABLE)*** **Experience:** * 6 months to 1 year of experience in similar positions **Working Hours:** * Mon–Fri (8:30 am – 1:00 pm / 2:00 pm – 6:00 pm) and Sat (9:00 am – 1:00 pm) **Benefits:** * Opportunity for professional development and continuous training. * Career path. * Continuous training. * Formal employment registration. * Dynamic, inclusive, and collaborative work environment.
