Job Summary: We are seeking a Bachelor's Degree Holder / Technician to manage and control the warehouse, ensuring proper receipt, registration, and dispatch of materials, as well as maintaining order and safety. Key Highlights: 1. Comprehensive warehouse management and inventory control. 2. Coordination of material dispatch to production areas. 3. Support in waste management and compliance with safety regulations. **1. Requirements** * Bachelor's Degree / Technician in Industrial Administration, Logistics, Warehousing, Accounting, or related fields. * Minimum 2 years of experience in similar positions, preferably in metallurgical, industrial, or manufacturing companies. * Proficiency in Kardex and inventory control. * Knowledge of metallurgical materials and supplies (profiles, sheets, pipes, bolts, abrasives, etc.). * Strong Excel skills and experience with ERP systems or warehouse software. * Familiarity with industrial safety standards and safe material storage practices. **2. Main Responsibilities** * Receive materials, supplies, and tools entering the warehouse, verifying quantities, quality, and condition against delivery notes or invoices. * Record material inflows and outflows in the system or Kardex. * Classify, code, and store materials in an orderly and safe manner, adhering to established storage procedures. * Prepare internal orders and coordinate material dispatch to production, maintenance, or construction sites. * Conduct periodic inventories and support reconciliation of physical stock versus system records. * Monitor the lending and return of tools and small equipment. * Assist in waste management, handling obsolete or surplus materials. * Comply with occupational health, safety, and environmental regulations. * Maintain order, cleanliness, and appropriate signage in storage areas. * Promptly report material shortages, losses, or damages. Conditions: * Monday to Friday: 8:00 am \- 5:30 pm / Saturdays: 8:00 am \- 1:00 pm Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,200.00 \- S/.1,500.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
