




Job Summary: We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to manage administrative tasks, coordinate payments, generate reports, and supervise services in a dynamic environment. Supports administrative tasks and supervision The company is looking for an **Administrative Assistant.** **PROFILE** * Technical graduate or Bachelor’s degree in Administration * 1 year of experience in administrative duties. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Review mineral charge documentation in SAP. * Daily update of activity progress to feed departmental indicators. * Report facility status for preventive or corrective maintenance. * Review and record reimbursements and expense reports. * Coordinate payments to suppliers for maintenance work and general services. * Prepare reports on batches processed for payment, advances issued, and control of mineral advance payments. * Send emails for payment of parking rentals for staff vehicles at Jockey Plaza. * Track and coordinate renewal and maintenance of GPS equipment installed in heavy and light vehicles. * Assist with administrative tasks such as photocopying, filing, scanning, and sending documents. * Coordinate with MORE building administration regarding vehicle entry and exit, subject to prior CHECK LIST. * Supervise maintenance work and general services performed by external suppliers. * Other duties assigned by the Administration Manager or Department Head.
