We are currently searching for top talent for the Administrator position, requiring a minimum of 1 year of experience and knowledge of the functions outlined above. Requirements: - Technical or Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. - Minimum 1 year of experience. - Intermediate-level Excel proficiency and familiarity with other office software. - Analytical ability and attention to detail. - Organizational skills and ability to work in teams. - Proactivity and ability to work under pressure. - Availability to work Monday through Saturday. Responsibilities: - Perform basic accounting tasks, including recording income and expenses. - Issue invoices, credit notes, and debit notes. - Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable. - Control documentation related to purchases, sales, etc. - Monitor accounts receivable. - Maintain worker attendance records. - Manage and organize accounting/administrative documentation archives. - Carry out general administrative tasks such as customer service, correspondence handling, meeting coordination, and invoice delivery. - Other administrative duties.
