




We are **Flashman**, a labor intermediation company with **16 years** in the market, specializing in comprehensive cleaning and environmental maintenance services. We have growing areas, therefore we are currently **seeking one (1) Operations Assistant** to work with us in the district of **San Miguel**. Some of the main responsibilities will be: * Register attendance, incidents, and conduct daily monitoring of personnel at operational sites. * Control and manage administrative documentation related to operations. * Prepare reports on operations area management. * Propose improvements to optimize operations area processes. * Manage operations area activities as outlined in the activity control chart. * Conduct induction talks for specific positions for new staff. * Monitor and track operations indicators. * Review biweekly and month-end payroll sheets jointly with the Operations Manager. * Maintain close communication with Flashman’s Security Department to provide prompt and efficient support when required. * Coordinate with clients all required operations activities. * Participate in SGAS-related activities including design, coordination, induction, and training. * Oversee the performance of zonal supervisors’ duties. * Supervise operational staff across our various branches. Our ideal candidate must have: * A degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields. * Minimum of one (1) year of experience in this position or similar roles. * Availability to travel across our various branches in Lima and Huaral. * Competencies such as adaptability to change, dynamism, conflict resolution, and time management.
