Continuous improvement and operational efficiency **Date:** Apr 28, 2026 **Location:** CALLAO, Peru **Company:** Alicorp S.A.A. **What will be your challenge?** Provide administrative management support, with a focus on process optimization, automation, data analysis, and continuous improvement, contributing to the operational efficiency of the area.**What will you do in your role?** * Build and update management dashboards (costs, incidents, suppliers). * Automate reports and repetitive tasks (Excel, Power BI, Power Automate). * Identify, map, and document General Services processes (AS IS / TO BE). * Analyze expenses (OPEX) and propose opportunities. **What do we need from you?** * 1 year of experience performing similar functions. * Preferably hold specialization or training in process management, continuous improvement, data analysis, and/or automation (Advanced Excel, Power BI, Power Automate). * Knowledge of process identification, analysis, and improvement (AS IS / TO BE). * Experience developing reports and dashboards for KPI tracking. * Experience managing third parties and suppliers.
