Position Summary: We are seeking a Camp Administrator to supervise and maintain infrastructure, services, and contracts at camps within a mining unit. Key Highlights: 1. Supervise essential services and contracts at mining camps. **Date:** 20 Apr 2026 **Location:** 14 \- LIMA, PE **Company:** Buenaventura At Buenaventura, we are currently seeking a **Camp Administrator – Mining Unit:** **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise repair and maintenance of housing, common areas, and recreational facilities (company and contractors) to improve living conditions and infrastructure for the Unit’s personnel. Supervise the proper operation of the camp’s main dining facility in coordination with the nutritionist to ensure food quality, quantity, and service standards for all diners in the Unit. * Supervise repair and maintenance of housing, common areas, and recreational facilities (company and contractors) to improve living conditions and infrastructure for the Unit’s personnel. * Supervise provision of accommodation and meals to visitors to the Unit to ensure satisfactory stay conditions. * Supervise repair and maintenance of offices within the Unit, as well as general cleaning of blocks under the camp area’s responsibility (company and contractors), to improve working environment, sanitation, and hygiene conditions for the Unit’s personnel. * Administer camp-related contracts to ensure compliance with contractual terms. * Supervise laundry services: washing of personal clothing (executives and employees), coveralls (for all Unit personnel) to guarantee hygiene standards. * Supervise supply of electricity, potable water, sewage, and television services within the Unit to ensure proper functioning of public utilities. **Professional Profile:** * University graduate in Administration or related field. * Minimum 3 years’ experience in similar positions within the mining sector or related industries. * Knowledge of SAP (Basic) and Advanced Excel. ***IMPORTANT!*** ***Buenaventura does not request any payments of any kind to participate in its selection processes.
