




Job Summary: We are seeking a Contract Administrator to support the contractual execution of construction projects, reviewing reports, applying clauses, and assisting in disputes. Key Responsibilities: 1. Support the contractual execution of construction projects. 2. Review and draft reports and formal communications. 3. Assist in the analysis of time extensions and disputes. A consulting firm is seeking a Contract Administrator: * Responsible for supporting the contractual execution of construction projects. * Responsible for reviewing and drafting reports, formal communications, and minutes related to execution, in coordination with Inspectors and site engineers. * Monitor compliance with contractual clauses, applying penalties or recommending incentives as appropriate. * Additionally, support the analysis of requests for time extensions, additional works, or disputes, preparing documentation for the client and coordinating with the legal team. Minimum Requirements: * Degree in Law, Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Prior experience in contract administration for infrastructure projects is preferred, with at least 10 projects (≥ S/ 10MM each), including a minimum of 3 projects exceeding S/ 30MM. * Experience in drafting contractual communications and familiarity with regulations applicable to public procurement and Tax-for-Works projects will be valued.
