Opportunity for professional growth and development A leading institution in professional training within the beauty sector is seeking a **Field Commercial Manager** for our **Chorrillos** branch. We seek professionals with experience in customer acquisition, fieldwork, and strategic alliance development, oriented toward achieving commercial goals and branch growth. **Requirements:** * Currently enrolled in, completed, or having discontinued technical or university studies in Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience in service sales, customer acquisition, or commercial management. * Experience conducting fieldwork and prospecting. * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. * Availability to travel within the assigned area. * Prior experience developing agreements or commercial activities is desirable. **Responsibilities:** * Execute commercial strategies to increase student enrollment at the branch. * Conduct fieldwork through visits, activations, and prospecting activities. * Manage alliances with companies, municipalities, and local institutions. * Organize events, workshops, and activities aimed at generating leads. * Identify new business opportunities and propose actions to meet targets. * Coordinate and monitor implemented activities in collaboration with the branch’s sales team. * Prepare reports and track commercial performance indicators. * Represent the institution at external activities and promotional events. **We Offer:** * Full payroll registration * Competitive market-aligned remuneration * Fixed Mobility Bonus * Performance-based bonuses * Corporate benefits * Ongoing training * Opportunity for professional growth and development **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday: 8:30 a.m. – 6:30 p.m. * Two Saturdays per month: 8:30 a.m. – 11:30 a.m. If you are passionate about sales, fieldwork, and generating new business opportunities, we invite you to join our team!
