What are the main responsibilities? * Preparation, analysis, and monitoring of the company’s overall budget. * Preparation and reporting \- Monthly management dashboards (KPIs). * Development of the company’s overall financial forecast in coordination with departments (financial model). * Monitoring of financial contracts \- obligations to act and not to act, financial covenants. * Support in implementing processes and monitoring management control. * Analysis of expense variances and profitability. * Ensuring accurate financial recording. * Evaluation and monitoring of financial instruments (loans, factoring, etc.). What are we looking for? * Graduates in Economics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * CFA or FMVA certification preferred. * Minimum 2 years’ experience in similar positions. * Knowledge of budgeting, financial management, financial accounting, and management control. * Advanced MS Office skills; database knowledge; Power BI preferred. * Leadership qualities, service-oriented, dynamic, organized, and collaborative.
