A prestigious company is seeking a General Manager. Requirements * Degree holder in Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience as a General Manager or in similar positions. * Knowledge of administrative, financial, and operational management. * Budget, cost, and financial control management. * Experience in personnel management and team leadership. * Management indicator (KPI) handling. * Basic knowledge of accounting, taxation, and payroll. * Intermediate or advanced Excel skills. * Availability to work on-site in Nazca. Main Responsibilities * Manage and supervise the general operations of the branch. * Prepare and control budgets and operating costs. * Manage personnel (attendance, performance, shifts, and workplace climate). * Implement and monitor management indicators. * Supervise administrative, accounting, and documentation processes. * Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and internal departments. * Ensure compliance with internal policies, legal regulations, and procedures. * Prepare management reports for senior management.
