




Job Summary: We are seeking an HR Assistant to carry out recruitment and selection processes for operational staff, support onboarding, inductions, and contracts, and provide general administrative support. Position: HR Assistant – Recruitment and Selection **Main Responsibilities:** * Carry out **recruitment and selection** processes for operational staff (e.g., promoters, merchandisers, operators, assistants, etc.). * Post job vacancies on social media and job boards. * Screen CVs and **contact applicants** via WhatsApp and phone calls. * Coordinate and support in-person and/or virtual interviews. * Compile and update **personnel files**. * Support on **onboarding, induction, and contract** processes. * Track attendance, leave, and contract renewals. * Provide general administrative support to the HR department. **Required Profile:** * Student or graduate in **Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields**. * Minimum experience of **6 months to 1 year** in recruitment (preferred). * Basic knowledge of Excel and digital tools. * Ability to communicate effectively, organize tasks, and manage large volumes of operational staff. * Proactive, responsible, and positive attitude. **We Offer:** * Join a growing company. * Positive work environment. * Opportunity for learning and development in the HR area. * Market-competitive remuneration.
