If you are passionate about quality, food safety, and the gastronomy industry, this is your opportunity to grow professionally with us. **KITCHEN ASSISTANT** Perform mise en place, prepare traditional Peruvian menu items, clean the kitchen, organize food and supplies, prepare sauces, portion and label ingredients, and carry out any other duties assigned by the manager. **Requirements:** \- Minimum 6 months’ experience in food concessions (Kitchen Assistant). \- Immediate availability. \- Service orientation and commitment. \- Health Certificate for food handling. \- Availability to work in the Chorrillos district (Los Cedros de Villa). **Benefits:** \- Fixed schedule from Monday to Saturday. \- Biweekly payments. \- Meals provided. \- Working hours: Monday to Friday: 9:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M.; Saturday: 7:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M.
