Properly organize and store food and supplies **BOCASION**, a company dedicated to the food industry, is looking for top talent to join its team: Job Responsibilities: **KITCHEN ASSISTANT** * Perform mise en place and assist in preparing dishes from the Creole menu, following established standards. * Maintain cleanliness, order, and hygiene conditions in the kitchen area. * Properly organize, store, and preserve food and supplies. * Prepare sauces and base preparations as directed by the department. * Portion and label supplies according to internal procedures. * Assist in other operational tasks assigned by the administrator or immediate supervisor. **Requirements:** * Minimum 2 years of experience in food concessions (cook). * Minimum 6 months of experience in food concessions (kitchen assistant and production). * Immediate availability. * Service orientation and commitment. * Sanitary Certificate for food handling. * Availability to work in the district of Callao. **Benefits:** * Fixed schedule from Monday to Sunday, with one rotating day off per week. * Morning shift: 6 a.m. to 3 p.m. // Afternoon shift: 12 p.m. to 9 p.m. * Bi-weekly payments. * 100% covered meals. **Shifts:** * Morning shift * Afternoon shift Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,200.00 - S/.2,000.00 per month Application Questions: * What is your expected salary? * What is your contact number? * How many years of experience do you have for the position you are applying for? * In which district do you currently reside? * Do you have full availability? * Are you available to work in the Callao district (Argentina Avenue)? * Are you available to start working in April?
